GIC’s Tokyo property said to draw $1.4 billion bid by Kenedix
Kenedix submitted a bid of around ¥230 billion ($1.4 billion) for office floors owned by GIC in Pacific Century Place Marunouchi, sources said.
Reopened on April 29 after an extensive refurbishment, the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi may not offer the skyline views of its sister property around the corner, but it excels in other areas.
